It's been a tiring weekend.

Saturday:
Slept in (until 10)
Had my Detox supplements
Had eggs for breakfast
Relaxed all day
Had rice with raita sauce for lunch
Rolled out my back a bit
Made an appointment with the gm-wellness massage therapist for Tuesday
Had steak and asparagus for dinner
Massaged my arm like Qing suggested
Used the rolfing techniques on my back and shoulders

Sunday:
Slept in (until 9)
Had my Detox supplements
Had eggs for breakfast
Relaxed a bit since I'm not feeling 100%
Had salad for lunch
Went to work for a couple hours
Had a delicious chicken and rice soup with a ton of veggies (using our gluten-free fried chicken from last week)
Going to roll out a bit

Tomorrow I go to the gym :)
