Day 6: A Little Tired

Today I woke up and went straight to the gym. 

I did 75 yards of flutter kick, 25 yards of frog kick and 200 yards of freestyle, then went in the Jacuzzi for 10 minutes and the sauna for 15 minutes.

Then I had a protein berry smoothie and went to school.

I had a meeting, then went to lunch with my good friends Qing and Rick.

For lunch I had a chicken kabob and a side of veggies.

Qing showed me some great places to massage my arm to release the pressure and pain on my thumb tendon, going to massage it right when I get off the computer.

Then I went to Whole Foods and got a Detox supplement kit, probiotics, Vitamin D and some multi-vitamins. Going to start that regimen tomorrow.

For dinner I had a bit of tuna with rice and salad (with hard boiled eggs). 

I also had a tiny bit of a gluten-free chocolate orange cake (recipe courtesy of my friend Graemme).

I drank lots of water, had two Excedrin and two Ibuprofen for my headache and joint pain.

My knees, in particular, feel swollen and are hurting. My right hand hurts a bit as well (so I will massage it).

I also made an appointment with my mom's trigger point therapist for Tuesday afternoon, maybe he can kick start some change :)
