Day 4: Anxiety Attack

This morning started off ok. My legs were both a bit sore. 

I ate two eggs and a banana and then went to the gym.

I swam 200 years freestyle, did 100 yards of flutter kick and did 50 yards of breast stroke kick. The breast stroke kick hurt on my knees, I don't think I move them that way often.

I then spent 10 minutes in the jacuzzi and 15 minutes in the sauna.

Then I went home and made some homemade pumpkin seeds and some gluten free pancakes. I also ate a few pieces of cheese.

Then I went to school and worked a bit and had some tea.

When I got home, Adrian and I had salad (with ranch), beef ribs and gluten free mac n cheese for dinner. (Though I didn't eat the mac n cheese....wasn't so great). 

Then we went to bed, except I had a major anxiety attack. My nose is really stuffy and through the crying my ears started clogging. My whole body just hurts, my wrists, ankles, knees, hips, low back and head. I feel horrible :\

Adrian helped calm me down. 

I don't know what's up, but the cortisone shot didn't take the pain away....and now it's just freaking me out knowing it's there (I tend to way over think things). 

Hopefully I can fall asleep tonight. I took Ibuprofen, so hopefully that will help.
